Dapo Akintunde
MA RCA, MCSD
Adedapo Paul Akintunde, the Managing Director of Ivixi Design Movement Ltd., studied
Architecture at the University of Lagos (UNILAG), graduating with distinction in his final
year design studio presentation. While there, he was also known for his artistic talent and
went on to study Vehicle Design at the Royal College of Arts, London, graduating in 1994.
His schoolmates included renowned British/Ghanaian architect David Adjaye and Turner
Prize-winning painter Chris Ofili. After studying car designing and working in the UK for some
time, he returned to Nigeria and to architecture, rising to become the Group Creative Design
Director of Design Union Consulting and a director of several other architectural
establishments.
Akintunde is also an author and his writings feature on several architectural blogs and well
known social media platforms.
Dapo Akintunde
Operating out of London, Mr. Akinleye is an Investment executive with one of the biggest banks
in the world. He was born and bred in Lagos, Nigeria. Even though he left those shores as a
teenager, he has never forgotten his roots.
His highest passion is to see the development of his homeland, and IVIXI is a significant part
of that mission! Mr. Akinleye has in-depth knowledge of the business and public sectors, with
over 20 years of experience in the financial sector and a Masters in Public Administration
from the University of Liverpool.
He has a long history of entrepreneurship, with businesses mainly in Europe and Africa.
Ibukun A. B. Sonola
MD/CEO Formwork Limited
Mr. Sonola has 34 years of varied experiences in the construction industry that include
resident supervision, stage 3 management of construction execution and intensive project
management from inception to handover. In addition to 3 years as the resident Architect for
the Mobil Residences at Sandfield Victoria Island while at Towry-Coker Associates in the early
90s, he also worked extensively with Messrs MOE Limited as a Contract Project Manager and
resident Architect involved in a variety of prime commercial and residential properties from
1993 – 1998.
Since 1998, he has worked as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Formwork Limited either as
prime consultant or as construction team leader on a range of design, design/build, and
construction projects. These include the branch development schemes of Guaranty Trust Bank
PLC, Diamond Bank PLC, Stanbic IBTC PLC, and several other financial institutions.
Mr. Sonola has also worked on multi-level commercial office developments for Landmark Partners
limited, SunTrust Oil limited and Consolidated Discounts limited. Projects in the
Hospitality/Recreational sector include the 103 room Protea Hotel Select Benin, and the Alake
palace pavilion in Abeokuta. In addition, currently, Formwork limited is working on 5 projects
in the revitalized Nigerian Healthcare sector.
Finally, and particularly of note is that over the last few years, Formwork limited led by Mr.
Sonola, became the first indigenous construction company to construct, complete and deliver
retail malls at Owerri, Umuahia, and Asaba.
Yomi Akande
MD
Yomi Akande is an Atlanta based physician, researcher, entrepreneur and philanthropist. A
world traveler and avid sports fan. He attended Government College Ibadan for his secondary
education, attained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from the University of Lagos
and Medical Degree from the College of Medicine, University of Lagos, Nigeria.
He completed his residency program in Internal Medicine at the Mercy Hospital and Medical
Center affiliated with the University of Illinois at Chicago. Board certified in Internal
Medicine, diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) and Fellow of the
American College of Physicians (ACP). He is a recipient of multiple professional awards, has
published several research articles and authored chapters in medical texts.
Dr. Akande is affiliated with multiple health systems in the Greater Atlanta area, notably
Emory University Hospital, Piedmont Healthcare and Advent Health. He served as Clinical
Assistant Professor of Medicine at the Medical College of Georgia as well as Medical Director
for Hospital Medicine at HCA Healthcare in Georgia. He maintains active membership in multiple
organizations including the American Medical Association (AMA), Society of Hospital Medicine
(SHM) and Association of Nigerian Physicians in the Americas (ANPA).
Oluseyi Paul Achioya
B.E.S; B. Arch; MNIA; ARIAI
Oluseyi graduated with the Bachelor of Architecture and Bachelor of Environmental Studies
degrees from the University of Lagos in 1989. He is on the Register of Architects’
Registration Council of Nigeria (ARCON). He is also registered to practice Architecture and
Design in Nigeria and Ireland by the Nigerian Institute of Architects (NIA) and the Royal
Institute of Architects of Ireland (RIAI) respectively.
An Executive Project Director with over 30 years’ experience in Building Cons truction and
Real Estate, who has successfully led teams of up to 10 0 people to achieve high va lue real
estate development s of over N60B ($135M) in Nigeria and Ireland. He c ombine s experience as
a Scrum Master and Project Manager to develop agile environments for projects that meet
required quality standard s and facilitate on time product delivery. H e h as history of
success driving key initiatives from planning through implementation achieving positive and
measurable organizational impact. He also c ombines analytical knowledge, leadership
abilities, and relationship building skills to engage stakeholders at all levels and enable
data drive n decision making. Excels in identifying areas of improvement, ensuring the highest
efficiency and excellence level.
He worked in Nigeria with Bello, Bello and Associates on a large variety of projects ranging
from residential, commercial and institutional before travelling abroad. He has worked with
Architectural and Construction outfits in Ireland wh ere he supervised residential and office
projects and in Commercial Banks in Nigeria at executive management level where he developed
branch development templates for cost efficient Branches.
Oluseyi Achioya is currently the Managing Director of Titotex Mul tiworks Nigeria Ltd.

Eric Udorie
BES, B. ARCH
Mr. Udorie has been an active Architect, Interior designer and Construction professional for
the last 30 years. While at MOE Limited and Future Point Architects, he was involved in a
variety of projects as Architect, Interior designer, and team leader. These include
residential, commercial and Institutional buildings. Of note are the Guaranty Trust Bank
branches in Kaduna, Aba & Abuja, luxurious private residences in Abuja, a prime residential
property for Plural Limited at Victoria Island, a Parkview estate commercial residential
estate and Iprivate at Rasiadsidona Rodoy residence , and a couple of luxurious private
residences in Abuja.
As the Design team leader and Construction expert at Formwork Limited, he has worked on the
extensive branch development schemes of Guaranty Trust Bank Plc and Oceanic Bank Plc.
With extensive design and construction experience across all sectors of the economy, from
hospitality, retail developments to educational and health care developments. He has helped in
extending Formwork's presence to the West African zone with design and build projects in
Ghana, Liberia, The Gambia and Sierra Leone.
Formwork Limited designed a series of branch locations across Accra and the head office for
First Atlantic Bank, Ghana.
Adeyemo Shokunbi
Adeyemo Shokunbi trained as an architect in the UK. He worked for a number of architecture
practices before co setting-up an architecture and interior design firm specialising in the
design and build of high-end, new-build and refurbishment projects in the commercial and
private sectors across the UK.
In 2007, Adeyemo and Patrick Koshoni formed the partnership named patrickwaheed design
consultancy (PWDC) as a vessel to interrogate what was termed the Ethno-Tropical Contemporary
(ETC) architecture .
As a co-creative director with PWDC, Adeyemo has been involved in a number of projects
throughout the country that span across different typologies and scales: These include;
residential, educational, commercial warehouses, office buildings and a place of worship. His
design emphasizes maximum utilization of materiality and craftsmanship in other to achieve an
aesthetic that will hopefully redefine the architectural narrative of the built environment in
Nigeria. It is what Adeyemo has termed the New Alternative Nigerian Aesthetic (NANA).
In 2021, Adeyemo was bestowed the International Federation of Interior Architects/Designers,
the Innovative Design Excellence Award (IDEA) for Best Architect.
Adeyemo is a registered chartered architect with Architects Registration Council of Nigeria
(ARCON) and a member of the Nigerian Institute of Architects (MNIA). He is a cell head of the
Cultural Intellectual Association (CIA Lagos) and a student of the New Culture Design School,
set up by the Sage Demas Nwoko.
